A Better Me: Self Limits Breaker
“A Better Me: Self Limits Breaker” is a wellness-focused initiative designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and personal growth among participants. Through a series of accessible physical, mental, and lifestyle activities, the program aims to promote overall wellbeing, inspire participants to push their personal boundaries, and foster a stronger sense of community engagement.
NAIM Tree Planting Program
NAIM’s tree planting campaign promotes sustainability and community engagement across our assets and local areas. By planting seedlings in multiple regions, we support environmental conservation, enhance community wellbeing, and strengthen our relationships with local stakeholders. This initiative reflects NAIM’s commitment to responsible corporate and environmental stewardship.
NAIM OSH Day
The NAIM Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Campaign is designed to raise awareness and encourage proactive safety practices across the organisation. As part of the initiative, a special talk on the OSH (Construction Work) (Design and Management) will provide all relevant personnel with guidance on the new regulation’s requirements and its implications for planning, managing, and executing construction projects, reinforcing our shared responsibility for a safe and healthy workplace.
NAIM Women’s Day
In conjunction with International Women’s Day, NAIM celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women while promoting gender equality. Adopting this year’s international theme, “Count Her In: Invest in Women” #InspireInclusion, the initiative aims to inspire, empower, and provide a platform for women to share experiences, raise awareness on women’s rights, and foster dialogue towards a more inclusive and equitable society.
NAIM The Tale Challenge Program
The Tale Challenge highlights the shared responsibility of every individual in fostering workplace safety and wellbeing. It encourages employees to take personal ownership of their
actions, proactively identify hazards, participate in wellness programs, and support one another, reinforcing that a safe and healthy environment is the result of collective effort and
mutual accountability across the organisation.
