Armed with a staunch belief that our communities define our future, NAIM's founders saw the potential of a swampland in a remote area of Tudan, Miri, Sarawak. The land became the birthplace of NAIM's landmark development known as NAIM Bandar Baru Permyjaya when it commenced operations in 1995.
From these beginnings, NAIM ventured into construction, delivering its first low-cost housing project for the Housing and Development Commission and the Pujut 7 bridge across Miri River in 1997.
Today, NAIM Holdings Berhad is a fully integrated property and construction group with two main subsidiaries: NAIM Land Sdn. Bhd. (NLSB) and NAIM Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (NESB) focusing on integrated property developments, construction, civil engineering, infrastructure projects—including oil and gas—and participates in the oil and gas sector through its investment in Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd.
As a Class A Bumiputera Contractor with ISO 9001 certification, NAIM has successfully delivered projects worth over RM5 billion. With more than 39 industry awards since 2002, the Group’s achievements reflect its commitment to creating value for communities, clients, and stakeholders.

Going beyond Sarawak, NAIM has spread its wings to Sabah for via its joint venture with Samsung Korea for an oil and gas terminal project, Peninsular Malaysia, as the first East Malaysian contractor to be awarded 2 construction packages for the MRT project at Klang Valley and Fiji, for road upgrading and rehabilitation projects.
