Job Summary
The Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading, planning, and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure alignment with the Group’s overall business goals. This role manages the regional team to meet sales targets, supports promotional campaigns, strengthens customer engagement, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints in Kuching.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed property sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including coaching and performance management.
Marketing Planning & Implementation
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to the regional market, including digital, ATL/BTL, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with Group Sales & Marketing to align regional campaigns with corporate branding and messaging.
- Identify regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Enhance the customer journey and experience, ensuring satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-sale service.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer loyalty.
- Support initiatives related to customer retention, loyalty programs, and referral schemes.
Stakeholder & Agency Engagement
- Liaise with real estate agents, business partners, and relevant stakeholders to expand sales networks.
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and visibility in the Kuching region.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely submission of regional sales performance reports, marketing effectiveness analysis, and customer insights.
- Comply with corporate policies, sales SOPs, pricing controls, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and executing marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of the local property market and consumer behavior in Kuching.
- Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Creative, strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
